The finished bananas are around 6-6'1/2 inches long once sewn and stuffed. Does that help? I use a fairly inexpensive point and shoot digital camera. Natural lighting when possible. A lot of the doll photos are taken in a light tent...a little pop-up cube with velcro for a back-drop (then a playsilk!). I just have some clip-on lamps I hook to furniture when I need to do an after-dark photo. It's kind of fun to play with. I just peeked at your blog---definitely heading back there!! :) Blogs are awesome! I've loved finding new blogging friends I'd have never met otherwise!
